These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RVATotes services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
RVATotes provides service updates, appointment confirmations, and marketing promotions via SMS and email to users who opt in. This program includes appointment reminders and service-related inquiries to ensure optimal customer support. Message frequency may vary.
2. User Representation & Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age . If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize RVATotes to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit our forms without checking the consent boxes.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 804-966-0040 . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Rejoin Instructions
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
