Do I need a subscription to book?
No. You can book a regular package without logging in at /pricing. Realtors can also subscribe for better recurring savings.
What promo code should I use?
Public regular bookings can use RVA15. Realtors using the portal may use RVAREALTOR15 for realtor client-gift bookings and customization options.
Can monthly subscription bookings roll over?
No. Monthly subscription bookings do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
Can annual subscription bookings roll over?
Annual bookings can roll over only during the active annual subscription period. They cannot carry into the next subscription term.
What happens if inventory is unavailable?
If there are not enough totes or dollies available for your selected dates, unavailable packages will be grayed out or blocked before checkout.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, rental contract signing is required before placing an actual booking, whether regular or subscription-based. It is not required when simply purchasing a subscription.
